If you are submitting a new engine for inclusion in the Wizard database, please include the URL for the submission form for that engine.   If you are submitting a problem report, we would appreciate as much information as possible, for example at exactly what point does the fault occur, what platform you are running the service on, and the type of connection you are using to access the net.
